Brenda “Sue” Turk has been involved in various aspects of the real estate industry for over twenty years.  For ten years she served as the Branch Manager for a lending institution with a significant mortgage deal flow, originating both residential and commercial loans nationwide.   This position allowed her to share real world examples for customer goals and challenges and enabled her to easily transition into the title business when Boston National Title first opened their doors in Texas.  With the title of Vice President of Sales, she establishes and supports relationship building strategies and is well known in the real estate and mortgage lending industry for her abundant networking skills.  Sue is very excited to bring all her lending and title experience to her Real Estate career.  Working with builders and developers on their projects, she also assists them with lending options and marketing campaigns.

Originally from Illinois, Sue is an avid music lover, Cowboys fan, and wine enthusiast, and enjoys all the best DFW has to offer.  But mostly she enjoys spending time with her clients who have all become friends.

 Lauren Turk began her real estate career several years ago in Los Angeles, California, assisting with beach home renovations and new leases in Malibu, as well as property and asset management across California.  She was also instrumental in finding investor funding for new projects. After her time in California, Lauren had the opportunity to move to Houston, Texas where she was able to work with commercial leases and build her professional network. As a local to Dallas, Texas, it was her desire to come home and continue her love for the real estate industry and get her license. Lauren’s business development and customer service background give her the vast ability to adhere to her client’s needs and exceed their expectations through dedication and hard work. Lauren is involved with several networking event organizations where she is able to connect real estate professionals with opportunities to grow their network and reach their goals. Lauren is an animal lover who has volunteered with several animal rescue organizations, loves travel, and is a wine enthusiast.
